Terms of Use

These terms govern the Valdris.ai public website, intake path, and private operator app access. Signed agreements control paid client work.

Last updated: May 21, 2026

Scope

What these terms cover.

The public website and intake path are not a substitute for a signed commercial agreement. Paid work is controlled by written scope.

Public website

The website describes Valdris.ai, Deploy, Build, Labs, intake, and operating-system concepts for informational use.

Intake

Submitting intake information starts review and qualification only. It does not create a client relationship, paid engagement, reserved capacity, or accepted scope.

Private operator app

Private app access is limited to authorized users and approved source systems. Access can be restricted, revoked, or changed to protect operating truth and security.

Paid work

Paid services, software work, implementation work, pricing, payment, deliverables, client responsibilities, timelines, and support are governed by a signed SOW, MSA, order form, or other written agreement.

Commercial Boundary

Written scope controls paid work.

The website can start a conversation. It does not create a service engagement, reserve capacity, or accept deliverables.

Website copy is not an offer to perform services.
Intake responses are not accepted scope.
Discovery, recommendations, proposals, SOWs, and invoices require separate written approval.
Build work is separate unless the signed scope includes it.
Tool migration, managed operations, emergency support, production maintenance, and ongoing software support require explicit written scope.
Published public outcome materials require separate written approval before publication.
Responsibilities

Use the surfaces cleanly.

Users are responsible for accurate submissions, access safety, source permissions, and avoiding data that has not been approved for the current handling path.

Provide accurate information when submitting intake or using the private app.
Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or third-party confidential material unless Valdris has approved that handling path in writing.
Do not use the website, intake path, or app to attack, scrape, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
Keep account access, source-system access, and shared materials under the correct owner and permission boundary.
Respect third-party service terms for tools connected to the operating system.
IP

Ownership stays explicit.

Client-specific information and Valdris reusable operating-system materials stay separated unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Valdris materials

Website copy, operating-system structure, templates, diagrams, documentation, software, source maps, and internal methods remain Valdris materials unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Client materials

Client-owned information remains client-owned. Valdris may use it only to perform approved work, maintain evidence trails, or operate the agreed system.

Reusable patterns

Generalized patterns, methods, workflows, and reusable software may become Valdris reusable IP when separated from client-specific information.

Reliability

Current surfaces can change.

The app and website are live operating surfaces. They depend on source systems and infrastructure that can change over time.

The website and private app are provided as current operating surfaces and may change as the system develops.
Public pages can describe operating structure but do not promise specific business outcomes.
Third-party hosting, authentication, source, execution, and code systems may affect availability, authentication, source access, or deployment behavior.
Valdris may suspend or limit access when security, source truth, misuse, or proof-gate integrity is at risk.
